When your cycling in a group and doing a bit of an effort building up a paceline don't lose the back wheel or it can be to hard to get back on the train.
You need to concentrate on what your doing when riding along at a fast speed with a group of cyclists or you can easily be dropped of the back and left behind.
Once you lose contact with the main group it's so easy to get dropped.
You should consult your Doctor before doing any strenuous exercise or workout, if you have any dizziness or pain you should stop immediately, you do this workout at your own risk. Please be reminded i am not a personal trainer this is just my workout routine you should consult a personal trainer to obtain a proper workout for what you want to achieve.
