There are many ways to peel a potato, these are just 3 great ways to build your endurance zones. Endurance Zones are used for long rides, maybe big sportive.

WORKOUT #1 (50-70min)
5min | warm up
20min | threshold (what you can do for an hour)
10min | recovery spinning (no stops)
20min | threshold (what you can do for an hour)
5min | cool down
----------------------
WORKOUT #2 (90-120min)
10min | warm up
(X) | 95% of threshold(increase this time)
(X) | hold z2 for remainder
5min | cool down
----------------------
WORKOUT #3 (3+ hrs)
Stay in low z2
do not stop peadling
the entire time
