How long have you been riding bikes then?
Its part of cycling,i personally love headwinds!
LOVE THEM! IM A REAL NON BITCHING CYCLIST YOU SEE!
If you complain about a headwind then you do not know how to ride into a headwind!
Do not fight a headwind unless you want to and its a short ride or your near home,or you will just blow up and/or burn energy you need to save.
Headwinds can offer resistance to train against!
But if your riding into them and being a little fucking bitch then your doing it wrong! spin an easy gear and dont grind that gear! there you go its easy when you know how.
Alter your bar positioning about,tops,hoods,drops,centre of tops,move about on the drops it all helps you know!!
Same goes for group rides into a headwind,by all means take it in turn on the front but it does not mean you should go FULL GAS and blow yourself and the group up!
Go easy and keep it controlled,same goes when its somebody elses turn.
